Paramount Introduces New Realtor Program
Paramount has a new way of welcoming homebuyers to our community. Now, each of our highly-regarded builders has a fully-dedicated Realtor and a number of model homes on showcase throughout the community. The new program benefits homebuyers with specialized Realtor expertise and gives them a larger, more comprehensive view of our master-planned community & all the great home options available here.
To find out where our new model homes are located, stop by our Community Information Center at 671 W. Dreyfuss Lane or call (208) 884-4010. Here, you can also learn about the vision and plan for Paramount and get a feel for what it's like to live, learn and play in our community. The summer hours for the information center are Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, and on weekends from 11 am to 5 pm.

Meet our Community Managers
Meet Maggie Bell and Casey Brown, two people who add a sizeable amount of excitement and entertainment to everyday life at Paramount. As our community managers, they help make Paramount a dynamic place to relax and have fun without getting in the car.
A scrapbooking club, feng shui class and hot air balloon rides are in the works, but here are some great events already on the schedule:
- Summer Concert Series, August 25th, 6 pm. After two great performances this season, there's one concert left in our second annual Summer Concert Series in Crosby Park. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and enjoy great music from well-known performers.
- Bunco (dice game), Every 2nd Thursday at the Community Center
- Scrapbooking Club, Every last Tuesday at the Community Center
- Adult Bingo, Every 3rd Tuesday at the Community Center

New Businesses Coming to Paramount
As part of the master-planned community lifestyle, Paramount includes a smart, convenient mix of shops, gathering places, on-site schools, professional office space and recreational amenities within walking distance of home. Our newly-opened Paramount Professional Center recently welcomed Rocky Mountain Financial and two dentist's offices from Dr. Jarvis and Dr. Kooyman. Space is still available but it's going fast.
