Launched: Paramount's New Web Site Eases Home Searches
Visit our new web site at www.paramount-idaho.com today and see how we've made house hunting easier for you and your clients. Following interviews with actual homebuyers, the new site was redesigned to include:
- Easy-to-search MLS listings with multiple photographs and virtual tours, updated frequently
- Clear information on what differentiates Paramount from other choices in the Meridian area
- More information on our builder team
- Builder floor plans that can be searched by size, builder and other features
- A photo tour of the community, soon to be complemented by a 3-D "fly over" simulation
- A calendar of community events
A new section we're creating just for realtors (coming soon) will offer specific information on how to sell Paramount more effectively, as well as form downloads and other helpful items.

New Marketing Campaign Kicks-Off Buying Season
Plan on Paramount being on the must-see list of your homebuyers this spring and summer thanks to new, eye-catching marketing and advertising materials, hitting in late March (click here to see samples). The new "Better plan. Better community." campaign has debuted this week throughout the area, including:
- the large rotary billboard on I-184 near St. Al's, and one other, with six more billboards appearing next month
- the lighted display above the main baggage claim at the airport
- a completely redesigned web site
- a revamped on-site signage system directed at self-guided buyers
- additional community landscaping and monument signage
- newly merchandised sales office
- new brochures and other support materials (coming soon)
The new campaign highlights the convenience that Paramount's comprehensive master plan and amenities offer residents. Look for more coming soon. |
