Street Speed Limit |
The are some concerns about speeding in our community. The speed limit is 20mph unless otherwise posted. Please take special care to observe the speed limit as we do have several "small people" in the community that do not always watch for cars. Thank you.

Pet Etiquette |
There have been a few complaints about pets roaming the neighborhood, barking and generally causing a nuisance. Please remember that pets are to be on a leash and under control at all times when outside the confines of a fenced yard. Cats should not be allowed to roam free at any time. Please clean up after your pet when walking on common areas and sidewalks. You love your pets but your neighbors may not. Thank you for your consideration.

Landscape Berm on Chinden |
As you all have noticed, there is a big berm being constructed on Chinden from Fox Run to Meridian Road. Starting today or tomorrow they will start connecting into the existing irrigation system at Gable and Fox Run by the pump house. So don't be surprised by the digging and mess. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Anita 287-051
